1 The contract between us

i) We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the listing that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us your listing will gain the ability to become live. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

ii) Before you market your property, it is a legal requirement to have a HIP (Home Information Pack). By using our service, you are stating that you have a HIP in place in relation to the property for sale and that it is available to potential buyers.

iii) Listings on our website are for a 12-month period from the date of your payment. After that period, your listing will become unavailable.

2 Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to House Advertiser Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose, apart from the property listing you have created which appears on the public area of our website.

3 Accuracy of content

i) We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods and services have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

ii) You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the description and depictions of your property within your listing, which if applicable to you should comply with the The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 and The Property Misdescriptions (Specified Matters) Order 1992. As listings are editable only by vendors, House Advertiser Ltd takes no responsibility in this matter.

4 Damage to your computer

We try to ensure that this website and our communications are free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website.
